Yellow Tartrazine is the dye that causes many allergic reactions, such as: asthma attacks, urticaria, dermatitis, eczema; especially in asthmatics, people with intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or suffering from urticaria. And it is suspected of causing hyperactivity and attention deficit in children.
